When I try to sign in / register for an API key for remote model access using NDIF, I get the error shown below. Here are the pages I see when clicking on “NDIF API Key Registration” in order:

Do you see a screen similar to the following before the last screenshot?
If not, the reason it isn’t working likely is because you previously used CILOGON for some other provider which doesn’t have email (e.g. ORCHID), and so it jumped straight through the auth. Can you try again using incognito mode? Make sure the provider you select has email.
Ah thank you so much! I was able to log on and get an API key.
